General Terms & Conditions

Booking a trip with MAROC NATURE SEJOURS & AVENTURES SARL can be done by email or fax. A Booking form need to be completed and either fax it to 00 212 5 24 44 70 24 or email attach file to contact@maroc-nature.com . A hard copy of "Insurance Policy" to be provided to us prior to client's departure. Please note booking will be accepted on the assumption of availability but will be confirmed only

upon confirmed receipt of the requested deposit. We may not be able to hold availability for any service until your deposit is received.

A deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation in order to secure your booking. This may be in advance of travel by bank transfer or credit card payments. The balance for your travel arrangements should be paid 30 days prior to your trip start, or on arrival to Morocco by cash payment in €, £ or $ Dollars (please note we do not accept old, stain and torn bills but accept only new and perfect condition preferably large bill. Any extra

costs incurred involving bank transfers or credit card payments are on the client's charge. If you do not make full payment for your arrangements by the required date we will consider the booking cancelled and you will forfeit any deposit paid.

MAROC NATURE SEJOURS & AVENTURES SARL trips are based on a minimum of 4 participants and we reserve the right to combine with other travelers in order to form a decent group on the same departure.

Should there be no participant to join to form a group of minimum (4) participants then "Small GroupSupplement" is liable to be able to operate with existing number of clients.

There are two forms of private departures: 1) Program that we don't offer in our websites or printing materials - Shall be quoted case by case basis. 2) Program that we offer in our websites or printing materials but clients do not wish to join with other travelers NB: Private departure may be restricted during high season such as October, December/January and April.

All cancellations must be advised in writing and are accepted from the date the written cancellation is received and applied to charges guidelines as below. In case you cancel your trip the bellow charges will be applied: * 45-31 days before trip start 20%, of your trip cost * 30-21 days before trip start 50%, of your trip cost * 20-9 days before trip start 75%, of your trip cost * 8-1 days before trip start 100%, No refund Additionally, no refund will be made if you abandon your trip arrangements part way through, or miss any scheduled service or meals. No refund will be considered if you are refused entry to Morocco.

It should be noted that "MAROC NATURE" have no intention of cancelling any of our clients trip reservations.If "MAROC NATURE", in its judgment, finds it necessary to alter or modify the scope of the trip due to intervening Force Majeure events. It is understood that the route, schedules, itinerary, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances.During or prior to departure the climate conditions (heavy rain, wild winds, snow storms, floods, muddy terrain due to rains, etc.) may force to alter or cancel the trip at the sole "MAROC NATURE"'s group guide decision, who in this case may: a) Present an alternative to meet the group´s expectations b) Cancel totally or partially the itinerary. c) Postpone the trip waiting better weather conditions, subject to availability. In all these cases no money refund will be made if the trip is cancelled due to Force Majeure and the client decides not to participate in an alternative tour although "MAROC NATURE" will provide clients with suitable documentation so that clients can claim a refund from their insurance companies.

No refunds will be considered for any unused service after commencement of the tour, trek or expeditions regardless of the reason whatsoever.

It will be compulsory for you to take your own personal travel insurance, which must cover adventure activities and include emergency evacuation as "pre condition" of booking. Full contact details of the insurance policy will need to be carried with the trip. Our services do not include medical assistance nor life insurance. The trips we offer often take place in spots far from big cities, and eventually clients can be at a great distance from medical or other kind of assistance. "MAROC NATURE" is committed to warranting client's safety and well-being, and each client accepts at the time of booking he/she fully understands the potential risks and dangers connected with this kind of active travel. MAROC NATURE will not accept any liability with respect to accidents, damages, illness, negligence and physical or mental harm.

At all times the decision of MAROC NATURE's guide or representative will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety and well being of the tour group. The client must at all times strictly comply with the laws, customs of Morocco. Should the client fail to comply with the above, or should the client interfere with the well being of the group then the guide or MAROC NATURE SEJOURS & AVENTURES SARL representative may order the client to leave the tour without recourse to any refund.

"MAROC NATURE" itineraries have been designed to provide participants with an exposure to the true nature of the environment visited and therefore involve an element of personal risk and exposure to potential hazards. The client acknowledges that the nature of the tour is adventurous and that such activities may involve a significant amount of personal risk. We will need your signature on an Acknowledgement, Agreement AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. "I understand and accept that outdoor activities such as hiking, trekking, cycling, mountain biking,mountaineering, snowshoeing, climbing, bird watching and all outdoor activities expose me to numerous known and unanticipated risks which could result in personal injury, illness, death, emotional injury, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. Some of the risks or factors creating risk include, but are not limited to the following: Wind, precipitations, high or low temperature exposure, steep terrain, rocky terrain, slippery terrain,exposed terrain, obstacles, insects, rock slides and avalanches, falling branches or trees, snow slopes,equipment malfunction or failure, river fording, and others such as theft or loss of, or damage to property. I agree to accept and assume all risk of personal injury, illness, death or damage to myself and my property arising from my participation in this activity. My participation is voluntary; I choose to participate in spite of these named and other unnamed risks. I hereby affirm that I am psychologically and physically healthy. I agree to follow the trip leader´s /guide´s instructions and that he/she has decision-making authority on route choosing and over whether to stay in the place, continue with or cancel the trip. I understand my responsibility in decision-making."

If a client has a complaint against "MAROC NATURE", the client must first inform "MAROC NATURE" tour guide/representative while on the tour in order that the guide/representative can attempt to rectify the matter. Any further complaint must be put in writing to the company within 7 days of the end of the tour.

The laws of Marrakech, Morocco govern these Booking Conditions and any disputes in connection with a trip or these booking Terms & Conditions must be initiated in the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
