The pedaling ‘boost’ provided by an e-bike gives more options, allowing less confident or fit cyclists to ride routes that they may otherwise consider too tough for their physical ability.

Tahnnaout
Meet your guide at your hotel and drive south towards the town of Tahnaout and the foothills of the Atlas Mountains at 940m high. After bike attribution and preparation and some safety and technical indications, our tour can start! We will ride a short flat section before hitting on a long climb up to Tadmamt Pass at 1800m high. This would have been really challenging and ability testing without the electric assist of our E-bikes! As we get higher, we can enjoy the superb views of the contrasting Haouz plain far north and the imposing summits of the Atlas Mountains just above us. We will carry you on riding a nice track heading east to overhang the amazing Ourika Valley. A mixture of trails and track will lead us to the bottom of the luxurious valley where our biking day ends. 40k drive will bring us back to your Riad / hotel in Marrakech around 4:30 pm.

This tour is available for private groups only, the tour can start with 2 participants. We can offer a personalized program for bigger groups or bikers who wish a more challanging ride or any specific requests.
The Area
This tour takes place 50 km south west of Marrakech in the area of Amizmiz on the foothills of the Atlas Mountains between 1500m and 900m high
Your Guide
A Moroccan english speaking mountain bike guide who will meet you at your hotel and stay with you the whole day. Before the mountain bike stage, he will give you a briefing about safety and the use of your bike. All along the day, he will give you explanations about the traversed area and the way of life of the local population. He can also assit you in case of injury or mechanic issues on your bike.
Your Bike
Your bike will be in perfect working condition, it will come with a helmet and standard pedals. Id you use SPD pedals, please let us know upon booking.
Your Food
You won't have to worry on food or drink, we take care of everything. Mineral water will be supplied all day with a mix of dry fruits to refuel. For lunch we will organize an authentic stop at a Berber family house in the middle of a mountain village.
Assistance
You will have a full back up during this mountain bike day tour. A 4X4 vehicle, with a bike rack, will be following behind at a reasonable distance in case of emergency or tiredness.
Non cyclists
Are you a family, your spouse, your husband doesn’t cycle? Non cyclists are welcome on this tour, they can stay with assistnce car and do short rambles, sightsee ...
